The Heart
The heart of our session program is to provide a safe place for children, families, and animals to experience hope, healing, enrichment and encouragement. Through as many unique ways as there are unique children, the purpose of each session is to provide a place for children to experience interacting with animals, loving leaders and peers. The ranch gives families a peaceful environment to relax, decompress, and exhale.
By inviting children and families to come as they are, the session leaders at OBRM work through a variety of activities or animals to encourage everyone toward hope.
Our leaders tailor each session, whether it's one-on-one or a group, to meet the needs of each individual child. Some of the session activities include working with or riding a horse, but we can also work with other animals at the ranch for those who prefer something different. Children may also be offered opportunities with arts, crafts, woodworking, games, gardening, acts of service and volunteerism. Everything that happens within a session is designed to encourage healing, hope, strength, love and trust through a unique and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. "Schedule Sessions"
